Does my team get direct access?

Yes. We set up a shared Slack channel or email thread. Anyone on the team can ask questions or flag issues directly.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. One month minimum. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Most clients stay 3 to 6 months, then drop to occasional check-ins.
